Select the available return, replacement, or support option.
Provide the requested reason and supporting information.
Submit the request for review.
If an online return option is not available, customers may contact Balaji Traders Customer Care through the support or ticketing options provided on the website.
All return, replacement, damage, shortage, and defect requests may be subject to verification.
Balaji Traders may review the order details, product condition, photographs, videos, packaging, delivery information, manufacturer information, and other relevant evidence before approving or rejecting a request.
Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval.
Where a return is approved and pickup is available, Balaji Traders or its designated logistics partner may arrange collection of the product.
